Report from Fr Edwin Keel, SM Photos from Fr Charles Fournier There were approximately 30-35 Marist Laity and 10-15 Marist religious in attendance. Every morning there was a talk, with some discussion or sharing during or after the talk. On Monday, July 23rd , the speaker was Fr. Albert DiIanni SM of the Boston Province: his talk was ELEMENTS D'UNE SPIRITUALITE MARISTE. On Tuesday, July 24th, I presented a talk whose title was "S'OUVRIR A L'ESPRIT DE LA SOCIETE: LA RHETORIQUE D'UN TEXTE. On Wednesday, July 25th, Fr. Charles Girard SM's talk was "COMMENT LES MARISTES LAICS PARTICIPENT A LA MISSION MARISTE". Every afternoon there was an hour in which the various groups present shared what was going on in their groups. This included myself and Fr. DiIanni and Fr. Vicente Flores who is in animator for Marist Laity in Mexico all giving reports on Marist Laity in our respective countries. The second hour every afternoon was spent by the Canadian Marist Laity with the help of Fr. Charles Fournier working on a project to produce a manual for Marist Laity.
